Clovie and Pathway Annual General Meetings
Dear Members
I write with details of our Members Meeting for Clovercrest Baptist Church and Pathway Community Centre. The meetings will be held on Monday 23 November 2026 at 7.30pm at Clovie Modbury North.

Absentee Voting
Absentee voting is available for both the Clovie and Pathway meetings. If you are unable to attend due to one of the circumstances outlined in the Policy, please complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote. To do so, follow the steps below:

- Complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote (links below).
Notice of Intention closes for paper voters/hardcopy ballots on Mon 16 Nov.
Notice of Intention closes for mobile sms voters midday (12noon) Sun 22 Nov.
If you are unable to complete a Notice of Intention online for a paper vote, please ask Reception or phone the office on 8397 9400, at your earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact myself, Evie or Ashleigh if you have any queries regarding Absentee Voting.
Hard copies of the Agendas and Papers will be available at the information desk.
If you have any questions regarding the meeting papers, such as for the 2027 Faith Budget, we kindly ask that they be forwarded in advance of the meeting to office@clovercrest.com.au by Sunday 15 November 2026.
